General Antisemitism

Guardian readers claim leading Zionists during WWII rooted for Hitler. Comments not deleted by CiF Moderators

Whenever CiF fills its meager quota of essays which advance the heterodox view that Israel is actually not a ruthless villain, the righteous indignation by Guardian readers is typically fast and furious.

Today’s CiF commentary by Israeli MK Einat Wilf, “This UN bid for statehood will not help the Palestinian cause“, is no exception.

Here are a couple of responses beneath the line to Wilf’s commentary:

Leader of Zionist group in pre-state Israel wanted Hitler to win.  Also, bonus antisemitic comment: Jewish groups control the U.S. government. (11 Recommends)

Another commenter advancing the view that Jews supported Hitler during the war, while adding that modern day Israeli Jews are similarly “inhumane pricks”. (7 Recommends)

As of this post, these vile comments have not been deleted by CiF Moderators.

  1. If I was President of the USA, I would be very concerned if arabs were allowed into the Whitehouse, particularly if they were cleaners. Goodness knows what damage they could do in those positions.

As an honest question, please don’t vilify me for this, but did the stern gang have any desire for the nazis to conquer the UK? My feeling is that they wouldn’t be so stupid, but I would like to be certain. They did kill some of my countrymen. But then so did the IRA, and we know they were socialists.

    • john in cheshire, Americans killed some of your countrymen approx. in 1776-1783 too until your countrymen were defeated and returned to their island home.

Additionally you may be confusing Zionists with Ireland. Ireland was neutral in WW2 and the president of Ireland sent condolances to nazi Germany when SHITler killed himself rather than face the music of the “untermenchen”.

  2. Aaprt from this issue, you could hardly have a clearer example of why it is almost impossible to deal with the West Bank Arabs than this comment in response to Einat Wilf’s article (and she, unlike Abbas, ereally is holding out an olive branch), than this highly recommended comment:

This UN bid for statehood will not help the Palestinian cause, says a member of the Israeli Knesset.

Please go and write something about your country, Palestine is not your business.
    Recommend? (275)

    • (AtheistArab on CiF) “Palestine is not your business.”

Descendant of Bedouin conquerors from the Arabian Peninsula says what?

  3. Once many of the children of the leading Nazis had learned the truth about their parents, they disowned them. I wonder if the same fate will be visited on the journalists and editors of the Guardian. Certainly posterity will damn them to hell.

  4. It’s bizarre, isn’t it? Einat Wilf clearly has a lot of sympathy for the Palestinian cause and wrote an unusually (for CiF) balanced piece. But Gorram dismisses her as an “occupier” and then wastes no time at all launching into that Stern-Nazi crap – plus, as you say, the inevitable “bonus” of the old Jewish-influence line.

I took her article at face value, i.e. I did not check her profile beforehand, and I stand by my initial (positive) impression.

    • I agree with you Pretzelberg.
I thought, taking aside her carrier, the piece was balanced and reflected exactly what the US president and Tony Blair tried to explain.

This is the same as when arafat came back from signing the Oslo accord and rambled on in arabic how this is just the first step to jump on and reclaim the rest of Palestine.

    • The knee-jerk anti-Israel response in action by “AtheistArab” (by the way – he could be sentenced to death for repudiating Islam in many Arab countries, but NOT in Israel).

But it is not that unusual, IMO. Just immediate rejectionism even of those they should try to work with on the Israeli side.

There was a rather related comment on CNN covering the demonstrations in Ramallah – a young WB Arab said that he wants his whole country (i.e., Israel) but will make do as a first step with the West Bank. Not easy to make peace with people like this.

  5. On Anat Wilf’s thread Berchmans called Golda Meir a caustic witch,we managed to get rid of Moran now we need to get rid of this brown nosed village idiot called Berchmans……

  6. The Guardian is a fly blown site, that attracts the Loony Left,Marxists, socialists, and anyone else who wants to spit their bile against Israel………

  7. I apologize to my fellow Jewish people for writing the harmful writing that I wrote in my first comment that I posted on the post titled “What the Guardian won’t report: Mother of 4 terrorist murderers chosen by Abbas to launch statehood bid”.

I wrote that harmful writing in frustration and anger. I apologize. I was vexed and frustrated when I wrote those words. I don’t want to cause any harm to anyone. I am trying very hard to protect my fellow Jewish people – I am trying very hard to protect the nation of the Jewish people from being annihilated – and I have not been able to communicate to my fellow Jewish people what needs to be done in order to protect the nation of the Jewish people from being annihilated. I am very frustrated and distressed about the situation that Israel is in, and I am very frustrated and distressed that I have been unable to communicate what needs to be done in order protect the nation of the Jewish people from being annihilated.

In order to protect Israel from being annihilated – annihilated by diplomacy, propaganda, and military attack – Jewish people, and most importantly, Israeli Jewish political leaders – most importantly, the leaders of the government of Israel – need to mindfully, clearly, firmly, communicate the factual history, and current reality, of the situation that Israel is in to the television news media of Western countries, and directly to the leaders of Western countries, and to the television news media of Israel.

The leaders of the government of Israel must stop colluding with, and must stop collaborating with, and must stop appeasingly acquiescing to, the members of the political organizations of the ‘Palestinian movement’, most importantly Fatah-PLO-PalestinianAuthority.

The ‘Palestinian movement’ is a racist genocidally anti-Jewish political movement which was founded by a co-architect of the Nazi ‘Final Solution’, Amin al-Husseini. Amin al-Husseini was the most prominent, most influential, Muslim leader in the Muslim world from the 1920’s until the late 1940’s. Beginning in 1920, Amin al-Husseini led murderous anti-Jewish riots and massacres in the British Mandate of Palestine (including the Hebron Massacre of 1929). In 1928, joined the authoritative-orthodox-Islam-based, “Protocols-of-the-Elders-of-Zion”-malicious-conspiracy-theory-ideology-about-the-Jewish-people-based, Nazi-inspired, Nazi-affiliated, racist genocidally anti-Jewish political organization the Muslim Brotherhood. From 1941 to 1945, Amin al-Husseini resided in Germany and was an adjoined official of the Nazi regime of Germany, and was a co-architect of the genocide of the Jewish people in Europe by the Nazi regime of Germany, and, from 1941 to 1945, broadcasted, from the most powerful radio station that existed in Germany at that time, Radio Zeesen, authoritative-orthodox-Islam-based, “Protocols of the Elders of Zion”-malicious-conspiracy-theory-ideology-about-the-Jewish-people-based, genocidally anti-Jewish, and anti-American, and (turning on his former patrons) anti-British, and anti-democracy, pro-Nazi, radio programs in Arabic and Turkish and Farsi (the Persian language) to all of the countries in the Middle East. Those radio programs were popular in Muslim societies in the Middle East, and were radio programs of which Ruhollah Khomeini, the then-future-founder of the Shia branch of the modern Islamic supremacist political movement, was, as a young man in Iran, a dedicated, and regular, listener. In 1948, Amin al-Husseini, as the head of the Arab Higher Committee, coordinated the self-proclaimedly intendedly genocidal 1948 Muslim Arab attack on Israel by the armies of several Arab states. Amin al-Husseini was the mentor of, and an uncle of, Egyptian-born Yasser Arafat (Mohammed Yasser Abdel Rahman Abdel Raouf Arafat al-Qudwa al-Husseini). In 1954, in Egypt, Yasser Arafat and other Muslim Arab university students / Muslim Arab Nazi terrorist commandos, under the guidance of Amin al-Husseini, founded Fatah. In 1964, in Egypt, then-President of then-Soviet-supported Egypt, Gamal Abdel Nasser, and members of the Soviet KGB, founded the PLO (Palestinian Liberation Organization). During between the years 1969 and 1970, Yasser Arafat, as the head of Fatah, took the position of head of the PLO.

The 1948 Muslim Arab attack on Israel created 800,000 to 1,000,000 Jewish refugees from Muslim states in the Middle East.

The 1948 Muslim Arab attack on Israel created 450,000 to 700,000 Arab refugees from Israel.

Since the end of World War II, there have been tens of millions of refugees in the world, almost all of whom have been relocated to, and absorbed into, the countries to which they fled or were expelled (such as several million ethnically German people who lived in the Sudetenland of Czechoslovakia (Sudeten Germans) who, immediately after World War II, were expelled from the Sudetenland of Czechoslovakia, and who were, subsequently, relocated to, and absorbed into, Germany).

Leaders of the government of Israel have repeatedly agreed to the creation of a ‘Palestinian’ Arab state within the part of the ‘British Mandate of Palestine’ that did not become Jordan. Leaders of the government of Israel have repeatedly agreed to the creation of a ‘Palestinian’ Arab state which would be constituted by over ninety percent of what, when, from 1949 to 1967, Jordan was occupying it, and had annexed it into Jordan, Jordanian officials renamed to the name “The West Bank” (referring to that area of land as “the west bank” of the Jordan river) (the Jewish land Yehouda and Shomron (Judea and Samerea)).

Leaders of the government of Israel have repeatedly agreed to the creation of such an Arab state – a so-called ‘Palestinian’ Arab state – ON THE CONDITION THAT THE WOULD-BE LEADERS OF THAT WOULD-BE ARAB STATE, AND THE LEADERS OF THE OTHER MUSLIM ARAB STATES SURROUNDING ISRAEL, WOULD OFFICIALLY AGREE TO END THEIR EFFORT TO ANNIHILATE THE NATION OF THE JEWISH PEOPLE, ISRAEL.

The creation of such an Arab state – a so-called ‘Palestinian’ Arab state – which would be constituted by the heartland of, and defensively strategic highland of, the small homeland of the Jewish people – would be the creation of one more Arab state – and one more Muslim Arab state – in addition to the currently existing over 20 Arab states in the Middle East – the currently existing over 20 Muslim Arab states in the Middle East.

Why and How the West Is, with Lies, Vilifying Israel
    http://danielbielak.blogspot.com/2011/03/why-west-is-vilifying-israel-excerpts.html

    • Correction:

I am very frustrated and distressed about the situation that Israel is in, and I am very frustrated and distressed that I have not been unable to communicate what needs to be done in order protect the nation of the Jewish people from being annihilated.

      • Correction Again (I apologize – I’m under stress and I’m tired):

I am very frustrated and distressed about the situation that Israel is in, and I am very frustrated and distressed that I have not been able to communicate what needs to be done in order protect the nation of the Jewish people from being annihilated.

    • Dany,

      “Israeli Jewish political leaders …”

Why, what is wrong with our non Jewish political leaders doing the same thing?

We have many non Jewish reporters, public officials, village elders and politicians who speak with greater respect about the Jewish values of Israel as a state than some Jews (Israelis or not) do.

      • ItsikDeWembley,

Of course, the telling of the truth by, and, therein, the defending of Israel by, non-Jewish political leaders is beneficial, and the more telling of the truth by, and, therein, the more defending of Israel by, non-Jewish political leaders would be more beneficial.

However, the non-telling of the truth by, and, therein, the non-defending of Israel by, Israeli Jewish political leaders, is the most harmful – the most detrimental – action that is being done, and the telling of the truth by, and, therein, the defending of Israel by, Israeli Jewish political leaders is the most beneficial action that can be done, and would protect Israel from harm, and is what needs to be done in order to protect Israel from being destroyed.

It would be good if a majority of non-Jewish leaders would tell the truth about the situation, and would, therein, defend Israel, and would therein, and thereby, protect Israel from harm. But that wlll not happen – unless Jewish leaders – and, most importantly, the leaders of the government of Israel – tell the truth about the situation and, therein, defend their own people.

No one, other than oneself, can, or will, protect oneself from harm.

No people, other than one’s own people, can, or will, protect one’s own people from harm.

It’s time for Jewish leaders to start to verbally defend their own people against false malicious intendedly genocidal accusations. It’s time for Jewish political leaders to, therein, start to verbally defend their own people like the political leaders of other peoples verbally defend their own people.

It’s time for the Jewish people to become mature, and to stand up for ourselves by verbally defending ourselves against false accusations, and, as part of that, it’s time for the Jewish people to demand that Jewish political leaders defend and protect the Jewish people by verbally defending the Jewish people against false malicious intendedly genocidal accusations. It’s time for the Jewish people to therein, and thereby, protect ourselves from harm.

The re-founding of the nation of the Jewish people, Israel, was the physical liberation of the Jewish people. Now it’s time for those of us who are Jewish to free our own minds.

It’s time for the Jewish people to stand on our own two feet.

It’s time for those of us who are Jewish to protect ourselves from harm, and to, as part of that, protect our own people from harm.

  8. In the second post the inhuman prick writing says his country took in so many Jews to save them from Hitler. I don’t know which country he is talking about, but neither the US nor the UK accepted many Jews at all before the Nazi gates closed. The UK wouldn’t allow immigration into the Mandate, they put all sorts of strictures on Jews fleeing to Britain itself, and the openly anti-Semitic American State Department did as much as it could to keep Jews out.

My grandparents and uncle, who left late, had to wait in Panama for two years to enter America and that was with sponsors who stood surety for them. I have a tragic story about the SS St Louis but I am too upset to discuss it right now.

  9. Do you think it would be helpful to point out that 40,000 Zionist Jews from Eretz Yisrael (mandatory Palestine) volunteered to serve in the British military forces during WWII, and this is out of 430,000 Jews living there at the time? And that about 800 of them were killed in service, comparable to the number of KIAs the IDF suffered in the Six-Day War? The most notable outfit was the Jewish Brigade, which was formed in 1944, and enlisted 5,000 soldiers.
